The location of the hotel was ideal, and the staff were professional and friendly. The family room was spacious, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread included a variety of options and was delicious.
The noise level from the night entrance stairs was obnoxiously loud and made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the warm and accommodating staff I encountered. the location of the hotel was conveniently situated close to many attractions in the area. Finally, the hotel also offered welcoming and cozy common areas for guests to socialize.
My experience was marred by two major factors. The first was the incessant noise during the night as guests used the night entrance located right by our room.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. We especially enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, which were well-maintained and relaxing.
Our room was located near a noisy entrance, which made it difficult to sleep at night. some areas of the hotel could have used a bit of maintenance and upkeep.
